Marathon

• Medical station locations at the start/finish and throughout the course 
• Aid stations with spring water and lemon-lime Gatorade, petroleum jelly and bandages provided approximately every two miles throughout the course.  Port-o-lets will be available at every aid station.

• Energy gel will be provided at the aid stations near mile 16 and again near mile 20  (full marathoners only.)

• ABSOLUTELY NO strollers, skates, skateboards, wheeled conveyance (other than participants registered in,  and starting the marathon with, the push-rim wheelchair division and authorized race officials), etc. allowed on the course.  You will not be permitted to start and if you enter the course other than at the start corral, you will be removed from the course.  No pets, leashed or otherwise, will be allowed to accompany you on the course other than service animals executing their service duties.
• Per USATF rules, no headphones are allowed on the course.
• No race-day registration.  No race-day packet pick up. Pick up your race materials at the Expo on Friday, 02/13/2009 or Saturday, 02/14/2009.
